What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms

We retain any information sent to us through our Contact form for the sole purpose of replying to your enquiry. You may also additionally use the Contact form or Newsletter Subscription form to add your details to our general mailing list.

Cookies

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen option cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Analytics

Our web host, SiteGround.com provides us with website traffic analytics from their servers. SiteGround is completely GDPR-compliant and does not use cookies to provide this data.

Embedded content from other websites

Our website uses Google’s Maps API. When the maps are loaded, your IP address is sent to Google to determine your location. Read Google’s Privacy Policy.

Who we share your data with

Contact form submissions are checked with Google’s reCAPTCHA spam protection service. The sharing party’s IP address will be shared with that service. Read Google’s Privacy Policy.

Our newsletter mailing service provider is Mailchimp.  Read Mailchimp’s Privacy Policy. Anyone who signs up to receive our newsletter can easily unsubscribe at any time using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter, or by clicking this Mailchimp unsubscribe link.

The Google Maps API uses your IP address in order to load maps on to the St Ann’s Tennis website. Read Google’s Privacy Policy.

What rights you have over your data

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Site visitors who have contacted us through a contact form on this website can request that their correspondence is deleted.

Where we send your data

If you sign up for our newsletter, your contact details are sent to our mailing list service provider Mailchimp. Contact form submissions are also checked with Google’s reCAPTCHA spam protection service.
