St Ann’s Tennis is a proud sponsor of this year’s Spring Festival. We will be hosting a full tennis programme all day, with free tennis sessions 12-2pm, new racket testing on Court 4 from midday, and a big Mixed Doubles tournament from 2pm.

The annual Spring Festival – a mini-community, family-orientated Glasto in St Ann’s Well Gardens, much loved by local residents – was a huge hit last year with thousands of visitors. It will feature a sound stage, heaps of events and food stalls, merry-go-rounds and loads of fun.

As well as free tennis sessions, we will be offering our own special schedule of events on the day.

Mixed Doubles Tennis Tournament: St Ann’s Tennis will host a maxi-mixed doubles tournament in the afternoon, starting at 2pm. This competition is aimed at intermediate and intermediate+ players. It is an Open tournament, so no membership required. Players will need to pair up for this tournament. Participants should be aware that there will be thousands of people in the park during the Festival. No parking: access by foot only. It should be a great atmosphere!

Racket Testing: players are invited go come and try out our range of new rackets. We will be showcasing the latest range of high performance tennis rackets from Mantis, a fast growing British brand that has really caught our attention this year. This will be a drop in session on Court 4 where players can test some of the best new racquets on the market. Great news!
