LTA Grade 5 tennis tournaments are introductory level competitions, typically one-day events suitable for players new to competitive tennis. They are designed for players who want to earn LTA ranking points and build towards higher-grade tournaments.

Fast4 rules:

First to Four Games Wins a Set:
Unlike traditional tennis, sets are won by the first player to reach four games, rather than six.

Tiebreak at 3 Games All:
If the score reaches 3 games all, a seven point tiebreak is played.

No-Advantage Scoring:
When the score reaches deuce (40-40), the next point is a deciding point. The receiver chooses which side the serve will be delivered to, and the winner of that point wins the game.

No third set:
If the match is tied at one set all, a match tiebreak is played instead of a full third set. This tiebreak is won by the first pair to reach 10 points, with a sudden death point at 9-9.

Play Lets:
If the serve hits the net cord and lands in the service box, play continues, there is no let.
