We are excited to announce a new addition to our competitive tennis line up here at St Ann’s Tennis: our new junior team.

Head Coach Jimmy Smith has already recruited a strong group of enthusiastic young tennis players, aged 10-14yrs, for our first competitive fixtures, which will be away to Queens Park Tennis Club on Saturday 5 July.

Most of our team come from Petra’s Sunday morning juniors squad (see photo), with valuable additions from coaches David Ince and Ben Pugh.

Conrad says: “St Ann’s Tennis has added a veterans team this summer, plus a 5th Parks League team. A junior team is the right next step, offering added tennis fun for our talented young players, and securing the future development pathway for all our St Ann’s juniors. Thanks to all our coaching team for making this possible.”

We’re still looking for players, so parents are asked to get in touch with Jimmy Smith or Conrad.
