St Ann’s Tennis is asking all members and visitors to contact email@example.com if they test positive for Covid-19, or present all of these symptoms: a new continuous cough, a high temperature, and loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
Maintain social distancing
Use hand sanitiser frequently
Do not come to the courts if you feel unwell, however mildly
St Ann’s Tennis has decided to continue tennis activities until further notice. It is a matter for every member or visitor to make their own personal risk assessment and decision as to whether it is in their best interests to attend. Some people will feel they do not wish to have any unnecessary social contact, whereas others will feel that the benefits of exercise and some social interaction outweigh the risk of contracting the virus. If the government issues further advice it may be necessary to suspend play at the club but, for now, the courts remain open to those who wish to use them.
Remember that all tennis activity falling outside organised coaching and sanctioned tournaments will be regarded as ‘informal social play’ and therefore will be restricted to no more than six people as per the Government guidelines. So it is possible to have a pre-arranged four but you would not be able to swap over players with any other pre-arranged four who happened to be at the club at the same time.
Please respect social distancing (2m/6ft), wash your hands, use hand sanitiser and social distancing and do not come to the courts if you are displaying any symptom of coronavirus.
